Our Staff

The claims managers of Unemployment Insurance Services have a unique combination of experience in unemployment insurance and human resource management. Many of our representatives are former claims deputies who thoroughly understand the unemployment insurance system. In addition, we have many years of valuable human resource management experience, allowing us to relate the importance of good personnel practices to the unemployment claim.

Our goal is to utilize this experience for more than basic claims processing. The unemployment system requires knowledgeable individuals whom have an effective understanding of the unemployment laws and system. We take full advantage of our experience to provide a comprehensive and personable service.

Our claim managers will proactively work with your staff. They will consult with your managers on every claim as needed, to assist in improving your company’s chances in avoiding unwarranted unemployment charges. These consultations will lead to the formation of more effective disciplinary policies and termination procedures.
